Set Up Your Default Forms
Ever wonder why a specific receipt or statement template always pops up as your first option? Here's how to see your practice defaults:
- Go to Tops Ortho > Practice Setup > Letters/Forms.
- Click on the Forms tab.
- Here you will see which Statement, Insurance Claim, Transaction/Ledger Form and Auto-Pay Plan Form your practice has selected as defaults.
- Click this field at any time to change your default.
- The form you select as the default will be the first one you see when you generate a form. However, all the other options are available for selection.
