Set Up Your Default Forms

Ever wonder why a specific receipt or statement template always pops up as your first option? Here's how to see your practice defaults:

  1. Go to Tops Ortho > Practice Setup > Letters/Forms.
  2. Click on the Forms tab.
  3. Here you will see which Statement, Insurance Claim, Transaction/Ledger Form and Auto-Pay Plan Form your practice has selected as defaults.
  4. Click this field at any time to change your default.

  1. The form you select as the default will be the first one you see when you generate a form. However, all the other options are available for selection.
