Quick Clinical Entries - Dx/Tx Plan
New patient exams are a breeze with quick clinical entries!
Existing Conditions:
- Go to Tops Ortho > Practice Setup > Tx Plan.
- Click on the Existing Conditions tab.
- Use the plus and minus icons to add or remove Categories from the list on the left.
- For each Category, use the plus icon on the right side to add as many options as you wish. For each clinical observation, you can enter a corresponding Lay Observation to use in letters to the patient.
Comments:
- Go to Tops Ortho > Practice Setup > Tx Plan.
- Click on the Comments tab.
- Use the plus and minus icons to add or remove Comments from the list.
- Use the plus icon to add as many Comment items as you wish. For each Comment, you can enter a corresponding Lay Item to use in letters to the patient.
General Tx Objectives:
- Go to Tops Ortho > Practice Setup > Tx Plan.
- Click on the General Tx Objectives tab.
- Use the plus and minus icons to add or remove Tx Objectives from the list.
- Use the plus icon to add as many Tx Objectives as you wish. For each item, you can enter a corresponding Lay Item to use in letters to the patient. Sometimes this is not necessary.
Tx Sequence:
- Go to Tops Ortho > Practice Setup > Tx Plan.
- Click on the Tx Sequence tab.
- Use the plus and minus icons to add or remove items in the Group field. This is where you will enter treatment types, such as "Surgical Class III."
- Click your first Group/Treatment Type and select treatment steps from the list below. You will see your chosen steps display in the window to the right.
- Add or remove items from the treatment steps below.
- Once you have entered all your desired sequences, all you will have to do is click on the Group in the patient chart and the entire treatment sequence will populate!
