Change Your Bank Account Information for TopsPay
Has your practice bank account changed? We've got you!
As of 10/01/2025 you are able to change your Bank Account information from your TopsPay Portal!
You will need:
- DBA ("Doing Business As" name)
- Bank account number
- Full bank routing number
- One of the following:
- A voided check for the new account
- A signed letter from the bank
To Compelete this task:
Navigate to your TopsPay Portal
Tops Ortho> Reports> TopsPay Portal
Locate the Menu bar on the left and find Settings
• The settings tab will take you directly to "Account"
