Change Your Bank Account Information for TopsPay

Has your practice bank account changed? We've got you!

As of 10/01/2025 you are able to change your Bank Account information from your TopsPay Portal!


You will need:

  • DBA ("Doing Business As" name)
  • Bank account number
  • Full bank routing number
  • One of the following:
    • A voided check for the new account
    • A signed letter from the bank

To Compelete this task:

Navigate to your TopsPay Portal

Tops Ortho> Reports> TopsPay Portal

Locate the Menu bar on the left and find Settings

 The settings tab will take you directly to "Account"

Select "Update Account"

Select "Bank Account Deposit/Fees Change"

The ACH Bank Change Form will be available to complete and submit.
