Change Your Bank Account Information for TopsPay

Has your practice bank account changed? We've got you!


You will need:

  • DBA ("Doing Business As" name)
  • Bank account number
  • Full bank routing number
  • One of the following:
    • A voided check for the new account
    • A signed bank letter from the new bank

When you are ready to make the change, contact Tops Support:


Tops Support will send a secure form to your doctor/practice owner asking for the above information. Once they receive the signed and completed form, they will make the change with TopsPay!
