TopsPay - Additional Merchant Fees

Additional fees may apply beyond standard debit, credit, and ACH transaction processing in the following situations:

• Chargeback Fee (when a patient disputes a transaction) - $25.00
• ACH Return Item Fee - $15.00
• Retrieval Fee (when a patient requests their bank to review a transaction) - $15.00

There are no additional fees for refunding or voiding payments.

It is at the practice’s discretion whether these fees are passed on to the patient.
