Export/Print Treatment Notes

Sometimes patients ask for a PDF or a printout of all of their chart treatment notes. This is easy in Tops Ortho!

  1. Open the patient chart: go to View > Patient Info or press Command I.
  2. Click on the Clinical button on the top left to navigate to the clinical side of the chart.
  3. Go to File > Print...
  4. In the window that displays, select your desired page orientation on the top right. Click Print.

  1. In the next window, you have several options:
    1. To open and view the notes, select Open in Preview from the PDF dropdown menu.
    2. To save the notes as a PDF, select Save as PDF... from the PDF dropdown menu.
    3. To print the notes, click Print.
