Review Requests Basics
Use TopsDPX to send Review Requests to your happy patients! Review Requests allow patients to post public reviews on Google or Facebook as well as provide internal feedback for your practice.
Where are my Review Requests settings?
- Go to Comm > Tops Reminders > Review > Templates.
- Click on the gear wheel icon to set the timeframe to send Review Requests, such as 1 day after the appointment.
- Open the Text and Email templates; edit them to your liking. Click Save when you are done.
How can I preview my Review Requests?
- Go to Comm > Tops Reminders > Review > Feedback and Requests.
- Click on Send Request near the top right.
- A Request a Review box will display.
- If you are not a patient on the schedule, skip the Patient Name field.
- Enter your phone number or email in the next field.
- Click Send.
- You will receive an example of your Review Request.
- The first text you receive will contain a link. Click on the link.
- The link will open the screen below.
- The first message is your customized review request message.
- The green or blue button is a link to your practice's google or Facebook business site. It will take patients to the "Write a Review" page.
- The red "How can we improve?" button is a link that allows your patients to provide internal feedback to your practice. This feedback is not public and will only be visible in Comm > Tops Reminders > Review > Feedback and Requests.
