Imbed an Image Link in an Automated Message
You can add image links to your automated messages in TopsDPX!
Find a secure website that allows you upload your images to create image links. Once the image urls are created, you can copy and paste them in your message templates.
- Go to Comm > Tops Reminders > Schedule & Settings > Settings.
- Select the messaging type: Appointment Reminders, Appointment Confirmations, Missed Appointment Notices, or Birthday Reminders.
- Click the Text bar for the message to which you wish to add an image.
- Double-click to place your cursor in the message template.
- Paste the image url you created from a trusted website in the message template.
- Note: the image url will not show blue in the template - do not worry about that! It will show as an active link in the recipient's text thread.
