eClaims Statuses in DentalXChange
Once you submit your claims, view their statuses in your DentalXChange portal!
- Log in to DentalXChange: https://register.dentalxchange.com/reg/login?0
- Click on the Claim Search heading in the Electronic Claim Services tile.
- Click on View Today's Activities. Any claim status updates and new submissions will display.
- To view previously submitted claims, click on Advanced Search and enter your desired date range.

Need to edit a claim for resubmission?
- If changes need to be made to a claim for resubmission, return to Tops Ortho and edit the claim/patient information. Then re-submit the claim in Tops Ortho.
- Pro tip: In the Internal Notes for this claim field, enter a note beginning with "DXC" and make a note that you updated and resubmitted the claim.
If you edit and resubmit a claim in DentalXChange, please follow these steps:
- Make edits to the claim in DentalXChange and resubmit the claim.
- Return to Tops Ortho and mirror the edits you made in DentalXChange.
- Open the patient chart and right-click on the claim. Select Edit Claim to add an Internal Note.
- Pro tip: In the Internal Notes for this claim field, enter a note beginning with "DXC" and make a note that you made changes and resubmitted the claim directly in DXC.
