NEW Send an Image to a Patient

With TopsDPX, you can add an image when you send a message to a patient.

1. Go to Comm > Tops Reminders.
2. By default, you will start in the Messages tab.
3. Search the number you wish to text in the Search name or phone field.
4. Once you are in the text thread for the intended contact, click the image icon.
5. An Upload Image window will display. Drag your image into the window or click the window to select the image from your workstation. Note the 5MB file size limit.

5. Click Upload.
6. You will see your image as a thumbnail in your message draft. To remove it, click the gray X icon.
7. Add your text.
8. Click Send.
