Have a Reminder, Confirmation or Review with more than one Patient Group filter assigned?

You have likely seen the Match One or Match All settings.  Wondering what it means?

Match One

If you have more than one filter, and the setting is set to Match One, Tops will only send or not send ( setting filters are Only Send or Do Not Send), to patients that have an appointment type that is included in at least one of the listed Patient Groups.

Match All

If you have more than one filter, and the setting is set to Match One, Tops will only send or not send ( setting filters are Only Send or Don't Send), to patients that have an appointment type that is included in ALL of the the listed Patient Groups filters.
