The Letters Toolbar
Ready to create your own letter template but not sure what all the editing icons mean? We've got you!
- Go to Tops Ortho > Practice Setup > Letters/Forms to see a list of your existing templates. Hit the plus sign to add a new template.
- A Letter box will open. Enter your template name, enter how many pages you will need, set your margins, assign your requirements, and if desired, apply a background. When you are finished, click Create Template.
- You will see your letter template open up as a blank document. The yellow box shows your set margins.
A good first step when creating a new letter template is to draw a text box. You can't start typing or adding placeholders without one!
