Delete an Appointment
Staff permissions are required to delete appointments.
To grant a team member permission, go to Tops Ortho>Practice Set-up>Staff/Security and assign the appropriate access.
To delete an appointment, a staff member will always see a password prompt. A staff member with the appropriate permission can enter their password to proceed with the reschedule.
The purpose of the password requirement is to track deleted appointments and to ensure that an appointment is not deleted accidentally.
