Recalls List from Appointment Book Drawer

A list of Recalls is available from within the Appointment Book drawer. You can also view a list of Recalls within the Matrix menu. The following instructions are to view the Recalls list from the Appointment Book drawer.

  1. Go to Day > Appointment Book, or press Command B.
  2. Click the Toggle Drawer icon to open the drawer.
  3. Click Recalls.
  4. The following functions are available:
    • Highlight the patient name to view their information within the drawer.
    • Click Search for Available Time to reschedule.
    • Double click the patient name to open the patient's chart. The chart opens to the Appts/Recalls tab.
