Recall List from the Matrix Menu

A list of Recalls is available from the Matrix menu.  The following instructions are to view the Recalls list from the Matrix menu.

1. Go to Matrix > Recalls.
2. Input a date range.
3. Click Use Selected Date Range.

4. Tops will display a hot-clickable list that can be sorted by any column.

   

5. The following options are available:
   • Update the date range.
   • Filter for All Statuses, Unscheduled, or Scheduled.
   • Filter for specific doctors.
   • Filter for specific offices within the practice.
     • Click the arrow icons within the column header to select from a list of data options to display.
     • If appropriate to the data displayed, the column header may display an arrow to indicate ascending or descending order.
