Edit a Recall
Do you need to move a recall date forward after the recall target date has passed? Do you wish to add more information to a recall after it's been created? Good news - you can edit existing recalls in Tops Ortho!
Find the Recall
- Open the patient chart; go to View > Patient Info... or press Command I.
- Click the Appts/Recalls tab.
- Locate the recall you wish to edit and double-click it.
- The Edit Recall window will display.
- Update the necessary fields. All fields can be updated.
- Click Update Recall.
