TopsConnect: Screen Share Anytime!

If you can't connect to Tops Ortho, or need help while not logged in to Tops, you can still screen share with us using TopsConnect!

  1. Open the internet browser of your choice.
  2. Go to topsortho.com
  3. Click Support.
  4. Scroll down to Logging in with tops Connect. Select Download for Mac or Download for Windows depending on your workstation.

  1. Once the installer downloads, click to open it. It will be named gotops.zip. When the window below displays, click Allow to permit downloads from topsortho.com.

  1. The application will be named topsConnect.app. Double-click to open it.
  2. When the window below displays, click Open.

  1. After you launch TopsConnect, you may need to grant Screen Recording and Accessibility permissions. For assistance with this, see related article, Start Screen Sharing, below.
  2. Share your ID with Team Tops, and you're ready to go!
