Void Claims in Bulk
Do you have several old claims in your Claims Matrix that you need to remove? No need to click on each and every one!
Claims are never deleted in Tops Ortho. They can be Closed, marked as Paid, or Voided. To view claims that you have voided for a patient, check the Show Voided Claims box in their Claims tab.
- Go to Matrix > Claims.
- Click on your desired filter (such as Unpaid Claims or All Claims in Last 120 Days).
- Click and drag to highlight all claims you wish to void (you do not have to check the checkboxes; not all claims will have them).
- Go to Edit > Void Selected Claims. You will see how many you have selected.
- A box will come up asking you to confirm; click OK.
