Stop Generating Claims

Your patient's insurance has paid the full benefit and you need Tops Ortho to stop generating claims. Here's what to do:

1. Open the patient chart.
2. Click on Insurance tab for policy that has paid full benefit (Insurance 1, 2, 3 or 4).
3. Uncheck the box labeled Make Claims Automatically.
4. Remove the date for Next Claim Date.
5. Tops Ortho will no longer generate claims for this Employer Policy.

6. Go to the patient's Claims tab; right-click over claims that are no longer needed; Close or Void them.
