What Is Our Outgoing Reminders Number?
There are a few reasons you may need to know the number that your office uses to send reminders:
- You may want to add it to your website.
- A patient may opt out and delete the original text thread. In this situation, they may need the number so they can text START to opt back in.
- You may need to provide this number to additional family members, such as grandparents picking up their grandchildren for appointments.
