What Is Our Outgoing Reminders Number in TopsDPX?
There are a few reasons you may need to know the number that your office uses to send reminders:
- You may want to add it to your website.
- A patient may opt out and delete the original text thread. In this situation, they may need the number so they can text START to opt back in.

You may need to provide this number to additional family members, such as grandparents picking up their grandchildren for appointments if they want to directly text the office.
Find your location's number
- Open the TopsDPX Dashboard from Comm>Tops Reminders
- Click on Settings>Location Settings
- You Texting phone number will be listed under your practice details.
- If you have multiple locations, each location has a unique texting phone number.
