Customize an existing letter template or create your own from scratch!

Customize an Existing Template:

  1. Go to Tops Ortho > Practice Setup > Letters/Forms > Letters.
  2. Click on the template you wish to customize and click Duplicate Template.
  3. An editing window will display. Give your template a unique name and click Edit Layout...
  4. Remove any text/images you do not wish to use.
  5. Add text and images to your liking.
  6. When you are happy with your template, go to File > Save.
  7. Duplicating an existing template will not change the original template; you are merely making a copy. Locked letter templates cannot be edited.
