Select Tops Ortho in the DentalXChange Portal
Does your practice have a DentalXChange account? If it does, access the account using the steps in the related article Access your DentalXChange account before following the steps below.

Select Tops Ortho as your Practice Management System in the DentalXChange portal
- Log in to the DentalXChange portal: https://register.dentalxchange.com/reg/login?0
- Click on Account in the top-left corner.
- From the Practice Profile tile, click Change Practice Management System.
Select Tops from the dropdown menu.
- When the system is updated to Tops, you may see a message that some of the current solutions are not supported by Tops and will be removed when you click Continue. This is letting you know that some of the packages and solutions may be associated specifically with your current Practice Management System and that they will update this based on the Tops Bundle once you click Continue.
- Once you click on Remove Conflicts & Continue, there will be another screen confirming the changes one more time. Click Remove.
- From there, you will be able to select Tops Exclusive Discount Pricing. By selecting the down arrow next to the package, you can see what is included.
- Once you have made your selection, click the orange Continue button on the bottom right. That will route you to the services overview. In this section you will confirm and agree with the update of your Practice Management System to Tops and your new package/solutions.
- Once you click I Agree you will be returned to the home page of the DentalXChange ClaimConnect Portal. You are all set to go!

In the "Services you are interested in" section, you will be asked to select a monthly estimate of your "Transaction Volume." What you select here will not change anything regarding your eClaims billing. You can select the 0-50 option.
