Create a New DentalXChange Account

If your practice is brand-new to e-filing claims, get started by setting up a DentalXChange account:

  1. Click this link https://www.dentalxchange.com/. On the top right of the screen, click Sign Up.
  2. Use this guide to get started: https://success.dentalxchange.com/article/qtircqtopq-registering-for-dental-xchange-with-practice-tek
  3. Click here for the steps to select Tops Ortho as your Practice Management System in the DentalXChange portal.
  4. If you have any questions during this process, call DentalXChange at 1.800.576.6412 extension 455.
  5. Once your account is set up, see related article, Enable eClaims in Tops Ortho, for the next steps.
