Workstation Licenses

Each Tops Ortho practice is provided licenses for individual users. 

To determine how many licenses your practice has and how many licenses remain, complete the following:

1. Go to Tops Ortho > Licenses.
2. Current sessions and Remaining Licenses are displayed in the header.

Tops Workstation License Pricing

Additional Tops workstation licenses are a one-time fee of $780 USD per license. 

We currently offer the following multi-license discounts: 

• Purchase 3 licenses at the same time: Receive 20% off the 3rd license, a savings of $156. This discount also applies to the 6th, 9th, 12th license, and so on. 
• Purchase 6 licenses at the same time: Receive 50% off the 6th license, a savings of $390. This discount also applies to the 12th, 18th license, and so on. 

To disconnect a user's current session, complete the following:

1. Go to Tops Ortho > Licenses.
2. Highlight the line item of the session to disconnect.
3. Click Disconnect Session.

4. Please be aware that this will immediately disconnect the user from Tops and their unsaved work will be lost.
