Recall Matrix

Use the recall matrix to view your scheduled and unscheduled recalls or to clean up your practice data!

Access the Recall Matrix

  1. Go to Matrix > Recalls.
  2. Use the calendar icons to enter the Beginning Date and Ending Date for the recalls you wish to view. Note: This is the date range for recall target dates, not for the dates the recalls were created.
  3. Once the report generates, note the available filters:
    1. Status: filter by All Statuses, Unscheduled, or Scheduled.
    2. Doctor: filters by patient's assigned Orthodontist
    3. Office: filters by patient's assigned Location
  4. The four columns following Chart ID and Patient/Date are customizable! Options are:
    1. Accounts
    2. Phone Numbers
    3. Patient Email
    4. Account A Email
    5. Account B Email
    6. Procedure/Status
    7. Notes
    8. Age/Gender
  5. Sort columns by clicking the column header. For example, if you click the Patient/Date header, it will sort by the recall target date.


Available Actions

  • Open the patient's chart: Double-click the recall
  • Delete a recall: Highlight the recall and go to Edit > Delete Recall or press Command Delete.
  • Delete multiple recalls: Click and drag to highlight recalls or hold down Shift and click on non-consecutive recalls; go to Edit > Clear or press Command Delete.
  • Export the report: Click the export icon on the top right. See related article Export a Report for more steps.
  • Print the report: Go to File > Print.
