- Tops eClaims have been changed from our previous clearinghouse to our new one, DentalXChange, for our US Tops practices!
- You now can submit claims from Tops Ortho electronically, receive responses from the clearinghouse, DentalXChange, for corrections, and notice of receipt by the payer. Insurance eligibility is also included and enhanced!
- We are still working toward including direct payer responses in Tops Ortho as well as ERA and reporting.
Sounds great, right?! Now what?
- Once your practice is updated to Tops Ortho 9.11.0, locate your DentalXChange username, password, and groupID/account number.
- Note: You will not be able to e-file until have been updated to Tops Ortho 9.11.0.

- If you are a new DentalXChange customer, please click here.
- Once your DentalXChange account is set up and Tops > Practice Setup > e-Claim is configured correctly, you are ready to e-file claims in Tops Ortho!

- We’ve enhanced the integration with OrthoBanc Auto-Pay Plans for an even better experience! Exciting improvements have been made in communication between OrthoBanc and Tops, leading to quicker deposit posting and enhanced options for Auto-Pay Plan modifications!

- To see the Bracket Types your patients are using, simply select Bracket Type from the Patient Matrix drop-down menu—it's that easy and exciting!

- Need to see the Next Visit Notes during your morning huddle? Just go to Matrix > Appointments and select the newly-added Next Visit Notes header in the column dropdown menu!
